If you are not satisfied with Pro, email dengdaqiang@163.com within 14 days of the charge you want reversed. Include the email you used at checkout. We will refund that billing period. Refunds are processed by Creem, the merchant of record.
After 14 days, that period is not refundable. You can still cancel so you are not billed again. Cancel in the Creem customer portal or by emailing support.
We aim to reply within 3 business days. Chargebacks should be a last resort — write to us first so we can refund directly.
